How accurate is InfoBrick?
Two numbers, measured in two ways. The first is the one to trust: what we told people a home was worth, kept exactly as we said it, set against what the home sold for afterwards.
Valued before the sale
We are measuring this now. Since 2026-10-01, every value we show is kept as we said it, and scored when the home sells. 0 home(s) scored so far; we publish the figure once 500 have been, so that one lucky month cannot flatter it.
Tested on past sales
Not enough sales on file yet to say.
What the numbers mean
- Median error: half of the homes were valued closer to their sale price than this.
- Within 10%: the share of homes valued within 10% of what they sold for.
- A sale that was not a market sale (a transfer within a family, a share of a building) is left out by rule, and counted.
