What is it worth, and what should you bid?
Type any address in the Netherlands. You get a bid with the evidence behind it, the checks to make before you offer, scores for where it stands, and a plain-English brief of what matters.
What it is worth, what buyers here add, and the sales it rests on.
Leasehold, foundation, flood, energy label, floor area, orientation.
Liveability, safety, quiet, everyday needs, energy, weighed by you.
The home in plain English, and your questions answered from its figures.

Saved homes
Your shortlist, kept in this browser and, signed in, on your account. Tick two or three and compare them side by side: bid, checks and scores in one table.
Compare homes
Up to four homes side by side: the price, the home itself, the checks, the scores, what is around each and its neighbourhood. Add them by address, or from the ones you saved or valued.
Explore what is loaded
Every home on file, by town and by status. Find something to value without knowing its address, and see what is actually here rather than guessing from an empty search.
Your homes as a landlord
Check a whole list of homes you let against the rent rules at once.
Upload a portfolio spreadsheet
A CSV or Excel file with a header row: postcode and huisnummer (and toevoeging), or street, number and city, or one address column. A ref column is carried through. Every line comes back, matched or not, with how sure the match is.
Each matched home is one call against your allowance; a line that matches nothing costs nothing. If the allowance runs out the upload stops and carries on from the same line later.
Landlord check for a list of homes
One line per home: postcode, house number (with any addition) and, if you like, the monthly rent you charge. You get each home's points, rent class, the most the law allows, the 2029 label deadline and buy-to-let rules, as a table you can download.
Find homes near something
Not homes in a place: homes within walking distance of a school, a park, a supermarket, a tram stop. What is around each home is already on file, so this is a filter, not a search.
My home
The home you own, in one place: what it is worth, whether its official value is fair, what is planned around it, what it costs to own each year, and what each energy step would add.
Your account
Your plan, what you have used this month, and the keys that let your own systems ask for valuations.
API keys
A key lets a program call the valuation API as you, on your plan. It is shown once when made; keep it somewhere safe. Replace a key to change it without a gap; revoke one the moment it may have leaked.
Password
Changing it signs you out everywhere else.
