How it goes

- We get in touch to check it is your office and to agree how the listings come: a connection, a feed address or an export file.
- We read the first listings and check them before anything is shown.
- Your homes show as for sale with their asking price and how long they have been on the market. A sold home's price, where you send it, makes the values of the homes around it more accurate.
What buyers see
Beside your asking price, InfoBrick shows its own value and what it would bid, as it does for every home. With your listings, the asking price and whether it is still for sale are right.
We never copy listings from a website. We read only what an office sends us itself.
